CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
This Clarification Text has been prepared by ADOR Technology, as the Data Controller, in order to inform you within the scope of the ‘Data Controller’s Disclosure Obligation’ under the provisions of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Data Controller
ADOR Technology. shows utmost sensitivity to the security of your personal data in order to protect your fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the right of privacy, and takes all necessary technical, administrative and legal measures to protect your personal data.
Processed Personal Data
Depending on the nature of your relationship with ADOR Technology, the following personal data, which is clear that it belongs to an identified or identifiable natural person and processed in whole or in part by automatic or non-automatic methods, may be processed; name, surname, passport number, nationality, place of birth, date of birth, gender, marital status, occupation, education, personal background, tax number, HES code, signature, e-signature information, license plate, telephone number, fax number, address, e-mail address, IP address, travel data, expenditure and accommodation information, parent/child name, emergency contacts, information and records taken at the entrance/exit to the facilities and during the stay in the facility, call center records, usernames and logs related to website access, billing data, bank account number, IBAN number, photographs, camera and audio recordings.
Purposes of Processing and Transferring Personal Data
Your personal data is processed by ADOR Technology in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations for the purposes listed below, but not limited to these:
- Planning and execution of human resources activities
- Planning and execution of information security processes
- Planning and execution of corporate activities, events and communication activities
- Planning and execution of finance and accounting activities
- Establishment and management of information technologies infrastructure
- Ensuring and monitoring facility and personnel security
- Fulfilment of obligations required by the contracts and applicable laws and regulations

Your personal data may be disclosed by ADOR Technology, based on your explicit consent, or because it is expressly stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations, or it is necessary for the establishment and performance of the contracts, or it is mandatory for the fulfilment of the legal obligations, or it is required by legitimate interest; to its customers, business partners, suppliers, real and legal persons with whom it has contracted due to its activities, legal/financial/tax advisors/consultants, auditors, governmental institutions and organizations and third parties to the extent relevant, limited to the realization of the above-mentioned purposes and provided ADOR Technologytakes all adequate measures within the framework of the security and confidentiality principles of the applicable laws and regulations.
Method of Collecting Personal Data
ADOR Technology collects and stores your personal data using a variety of methods, including verbal, written, electronic, call center, website, for various legal or commercial purposes, through various channels of communication, for your benefit or to satisfy ADOR Technology’ requirements, to maintain and grow its operations, and to fulfil its legal obligations.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner
As a personal data owner, the rights granted to you by the applicable laws and regulations are as follows:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed or not
- To request information in cases where your personal data is processed
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within the scope of this request to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations and to request notification of the transaction made within the scope of this request to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analysing your personal data exclusively with automated systems
- To demand compensation in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data
In case you wish to exercise your rights mentioned above, you should fill in the Data Owner Application Form completely and accurately and send a signed copy of the form together with the documents establishing your identity by an e-mail to info@adorteknoloji.com or deliver by hand at OSTİM OSB Mah. Cevat Dündar Cad. OSTİM Teknopark, Turuncu Bina No: 111 İç Kapı No: 53 Yenimahalle / ANKARA / TURKEY or send through a notary or by using other methods specified in the applicable laws and regulations.
It is important that the information and documents to be provided under the Data Owner Application Form should be complete and accurate in order ADOR Technology. to transact lawfully and properly; otherwise, all kinds of responsibility belong to you and ADOR Technology reserves its rights.
ADOR Technology will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible, within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, and will inform you by the method you choose in the Data Owner Application Form. If the transaction subject to the request requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority may be charged.
